These guys are great! I had a persistent and annoying problem with my laptop and they went the extra mile to help me get it fixed. I recommend them highly. My laptop gave me the "battery not charging" message, and kept shutting down. They first diagnosed and replaced the faulty DC jack, then gave me another power cord when the problem resurfaced.‎
