From the convenience of your home or office, we can remotely repair your computer or provide technical support, as long as your computer has the ability to connect to the Internet. How does this service work? All you have to do is pick up the phone and call us at (337) 330-2555! We will then assign you to a tech who will provide assistance to you. You will then click on the right button "Start Remote Support Now", enter your full name and a support key which will be provided by the tech. Once the support key has been entered, a software will begin to download and you'll have to confirm the installation. After the software has been installed, you can lay back and let us do the rest of the work!
How to get started?
1. Pick up the phone and call us at (337) 330-2555.
2. Tell a representative that you would like to start a Remote Support Session.
3. The tech will confirm that you agree with our Terms of Service.
4. Click on "Start Remote Support Now" on the left.
5. Enter your Name and Support Key.
6. Confirm installation of remote support software.
And that is it! Just sit back and relax while we work on your computer.
